SM Entertainment holds global audition for new girl group

SM announced on the 3rd that it has started accepting "2024 SM New Girl Group Audition (2024 SM NEW GIRL GROUP (hereinafter referred to as SMNGG)" to introduce a new girl group from June 1.

The application period is online from June 1 to June 22. Anyone born between 2005 and 2011 can apply.

Self-introduction, vocal, and dance videos are mandatory for the first online audition. Vocal and dance songs should be selected only from known mission songs.

For the second offline on-site audition, only the first successful candidates will be notified of the detailed schedule and location.

The final successful candidates of SMNGG will be given the opportunity to debut as a new member of SM's girl group.
