Jungkook of BTS is the king of music on Spotify

Standing Next to You, the title song of Jungkook's solo album "GOLDEN" (Golden) released last year, recently surpassed 600 million streams (before filtering) on Spotify, the world's largest music streaming platform.

Standing Next to You showed off its enormous global music power by achieving 600 million cumulative streams in 189 days after its release on Spotify.

According to the official World Music Awards (WMA) account, "Standing Next to You" made another new history, setting a new record of achieving 600 million streams in the fastest period of any K-pop solo artist's solo song of all time.

Jung Kook showed off his presence as a global pop star by achieving a total of three 600 million streaming songs including his solo single "Seven" and collaboration song "Left and Right" with Charlie Puth, an American singer-songwriter, and "Standing Next to You" on Spotify. Jung Kook has become a K-pop solo artist with the largest number of 600 million streaming songs.

Jungkook also became the first K-pop solo artist to break through more than 5.7 billion streams on Spotify with all personal accounts (profile) credits and the first Asian solo artist to break through 3.3 billion streams with "GOLDEN."
