ILLIT's 'Magnetic' tops major U.S. Billboard charts for 8 consecutive weeks

According to the latest chart released by Billboard on May 21 (local time), the title track of ILLIT's first mini album, "Magnetic," ranked 11th and 17th on "Global (excluding the U.S.)" and "Global 200," respectively, for eight consecutive weeks. At the same time, it ranked 7th on "World Digital Song Sales," maintaining its top 10 ranking for six consecutive weeks.

ILLIT's first mini album, "SUPER REAL ME," which contains the song, ranked fourth in the "World Album" for eight consecutive weeks, and ILLIT was ranked 14th in the "Emerging Artist" for seven consecutive weeks.

Despite not having any promotions or activities in the U.S., ILLIT has made remarkable achievements. Earlier, "Magnetic" made a new history of K-pop by entering both the U.S. Billboard main song chart "Hot 100" and the U.K. "Official Single Top 100" for the first time as their debut song. "SUPER REAL ME" also made a breakthrough by entering the 93rd place on the Billboard 200 chart (as of May 11).

Eyelet, which instantly rose to become a music powerhouse of K-pop's 5th generation group right after its debut, is still popular in Korea. "Magnetic" has been at the top of Melon's latest weekly chart (from May 13 to May 19) and has topped the three monthly chart categories (global K-pop, digital, streaming) in April. The track "Lucky Girl Syndrome" has ranked 14th on Bugs' weekly chart and 38th on Melon's weekly chart.
