BTS Jin will begin his full-fledged military career today (18th) after completing his recruitment training.

Jin will attend the completion ceremony of boot training for the 5th Infantry Division in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi Province, today (18th). Jin, who entered the boot camp of the 5th Infantry Division on Dec. 13 last year, will be deployed to the military after five weeks of basic military training.

The agency requested to refrain from visiting the site through Weverse on the 5th, saying, "To prevent safety accidents caused by on-site congestion, fans should refrain from visiting the site, and please see off and encourage Jin only with your heart."

Earlier on the afternoon of the 13th, TV Chosun quoted a military official as saying, "Jin will serve as an assistant to the 5th Division's boot camp." Jin applied for the selection of instructors. The military reportedly selected Jin as an assistant through ceremonial ceremony, oral adjustment evaluation, and oral interviews.

However, Jin's agency Big Hit Music did not reveal its exact position to Herald POP, saying, "It is difficult to confirm," regarding the news that Jin was assigned as an assistant to the boot camp.
