Band Songgol Mae Bae Chul-soo and Koo Chang-mo heralded the essence of band music.
A press conference for KBS Seoldae's Songgolmae concert "Flight in 40 Years" was held at the KBS headquarters in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of the 18th. Producer Pyeon Eun-ji, Bae Chul-soo, and Koo Chang-mo attended the event.
KBS Seoldae Songgolmae Concert "Flight in 40 Years" is the first time Bae Chul-soo and Koo Chang-mo will be on stage as Songgolmae in 40 years. The colorful stage of Songgolmae, who led Korean rock music in the 1970s and 1980s, visits viewers.
On this day, Koo Chang-mo said, "I'm excited to greet you through the broadcast. "It's 10 times more exciting than when I fell in love with my first love," he said, expressing his feelings ahead of the show. Bae Chul-soo then said, "I didn't know that the audience would respond. "I thought about whether music from 40 years ago could be loved, but I was always happy throughout singing on stage because they responded a lot," he said.
Producer Pyeon Eun-ji said, "I thought Songgolmae's masterpiece was an unrivaled genre that people didn't like or dislike, so I decided to direct it without hesitation," adding, "The recent trend of popular music is idol music and trot." Of course, I don't want to criticize this, but I thought there would be many people who were immersed in other genres of music and rock music. "I wanted to give gifts to listeners who were alienated from the mainstream music culture," he said.
"I thought this concert would be meaningful for fans who have been waiting for Songgolmae's music in the same place for 40 years. "We focused on giving the fans the most touching moment," he said.
Finally, Bae Cheol-soo said, "The peregrine Songgol Mae are band. When performing, all the spotlights are focused on the people singing. However, through this concert, you will be able to feel how important each session is. "You will be able to feel the essence of band music," he said confidently.
KBS Seoldae's Songgolmae Concert "Flight in 40 Years" will be broadcast on KBS2 at 9 p.m. on the 21st.

멋있으시네요. 적지 않은 나이에도 저렇게 멋있을 수 있네요. 나도 나이를 먹고 저렇게 멋있고 싶다(외모말구^^).
더욱더 멋있고 훌륭한 밴드들이 저분들의 뒤를 이어 줬으면 하는 바람입니다. 언제적 영상인데도 기타 치는 모습이 멋져부러요♡♡
40년만의 비행 즐거운 마음으로 전곡 다 들어보았습니다. 초딩때 형님 영향으로 두어곡 빼고는 모두 들어본 노래네요. 심지어 대부분 가사까지 기억 납니다.^^ I miss you.
