In the third album released in June 2000, Kim Chang-hwan, who developed Kim Gun-mo, Shin Seung-hoon, Park Mi-kyung, and Clone, attempted a drastic musical transformation into a Latin dance style and succeeded.

Kim Chang-hwan's familiar and addictive melody of the title song, "Wobbly Friendship," and Hong Kyung-min's husky and cool tone melted well with Latin dance's unique exciting atmosphere, gaining huge popularity several times. Hong Kyung-min's popularity through Latin pop, which has a cool rhythm and a strong voice, was an opportunity to reaffirm Kim Chang-hwan's outstanding vision and ability as a producer who hit powerful dance songs such as Clone and Park Mi-kyung. In addition, the ballad song 'Sending You' which was active as a follow-up song continued to be popular, rising to the top spot on terrestrial TV.

His popularity became effective when he changed the mood to dance music, the main hit genre in the music industry, and his third album earned him the nickname of South Korea's Ricky Martin, and the title song "Take It" with a Latin-style cheerful rhythm also topped several times in the fourth album, and the follow-up song "Chum" continued to be popular. In the early 2000s, when he was in his heyday, he formed a "Dragon Club" with male celebrities of the same age born in 1976 and became a hot topic.
