롤러코스터의 데뷔 앨범은 홈레코딩과 애시드 재즈를 국내에 보편화 시킨 것도 시킨 것도 있지만, 앨범의 완성도도 90년대 국내 인디씬 앨범 중에서도 손에 꼽히는 좋은 평가를 받는다. 대부분의 작사ㆍ작곡을 맡은 뛰어난 송라이팅과 특유의 나른하고 가창력이 뛰어난 보컬 조원선, 편곡과 베이스 연주를 맡은 뛰어난 프로그래밍의 지누, 기타 연주를 맡은 이상순등 멤버들 각자의 매력이 유감없이 발휘되어 수록곡들이 전반적으로 세련되고 높은 퀄리티를 보여준다. 타이틀곡보다 "습관"이 더 인기를 끌었다.

It is famous for being the first album in the Korean pop music industry to produce all songs as home recordings. Of course, even before this album, musicians such as 015B have made home recordings on some songs, but this album is the first album to make full use of home recordings. These days, equipment and technology are developed, so even a decent musician can spend a little money on home recording, but it is meaningful because home recording was considered almost impossible at the time. It is said that the roller coaster themselves also went through all kinds of difficulties, such as blocking the door with blankets to describe home recording.

Since the release of this album, indie musicians who produced the album with home recording such as Sweet Pea, Ruins, and E-Yang have appeared one after another, and since then, the production method of home recording has become common in Korea. In other words, this album is an album that greatly expands the range of indie activities, and it can be seen as an album of great value and significance.

It is also valuable as an album that fully showed the acid jazz genre, which was rare in the Korean pop music scene at the time. At that time, the genre of acid jazz was common and popular in the foreign pop music industry, led by bands such as Brand New Hevis, Incognito, and Jamiroquai, but it was actually an unfamiliar genre in Korea, and the genre of acid jazz began in earnest with rollercoasters and albums. In addition, electronic tendencies throughout the album are evaluated to have greatly contributed to the expansion of electronic music in Korea beyond acid jazz.

It has also made home recording and acid jazz common, but the completeness of the album itself is also well-received among domestic indie scene albums in the 90s. Cho Won-sun, who wrote and composed most of the songs, has excellent songwriting, unique drowsy and vocal vocals, Jinu's excellent programming in charge of arranging and bass, and Lee Sang-soon's performance in charge of guitar, and the overall quality of the songs is very sophisticated and excellent.
