2006년에 개봉한 한국 영화 라디오 스타의 OST. 작중 주연으로 출연한 배우 박중훈이 부른 노래다. 멜로디와 가사가 너무 좋아 누군가의 곡을 리메이크 한것으로 생각했으나 해당곡의 원곡자는 배우 박중훈이다.
설정상 이 노래로 극중 가수 '최곤'은 가수왕을 수상했으며, 그에 걸맞게 현실에서도 대단히 큰 인기를 끈 명곡으로 다양한 가수들이 편곡해서 불렀다. 박중훈은 방송에서 "비 오는 계절이 되면 가창자(법 조항에는 실연자) 명목으로 저작권료가 통장에 꾸준히 들어온다."라고 말했다. 또한 80년대에 나온 음악이라는 설정 덕인지 2006년에 나온 곡인데도 중장년층에도 인기가 많은 곡 중 하나다.
노래 가사의 화자가 당신을 그리워하는 모습을 부정하면서도 안타까워 하는 역설적인 이야기는 그 자체로도 아름다운 문학이지만 영화의 줄거리와 절묘하게 맞아떨어져 관객들에게 더욱 감동을 주었다. 특히 가사 중에서 떠난 사람을 잊었지만 아직도 그리워하는 마음을 반어를 통해 표현하여, 중학교 교과서에서 반어 표현의 예시로도 사용되고 있다.

명곡 비와 당신으로 88년 가수 왕을 차지했던 최곤은 그 후 대마초 사건, 폭행사건 등에 연루돼 이제는 불륜커플을 상대로 미사리 까페촌에서 기타를 튕기고 있는 신세지만, 아직도 자신이 스타라고 굳게 믿고 있다. 조용하나 싶더니 까페 손님과 시비가 붙은 최곤은 급기야 유치장 신세까지 지게 되는데. 일편단심 매니저 박민수는 합의금을 찾아 다니던 중 지인인 방송국 국장을 만나고, 최곤이 영월에서 DJ를 하면 합의금을 내준다는 약속을 받아낸다. 프로그램 명 최곤의 오후의 희망곡 하지만 DJ자리를 우습게 여기는 최곤은 선곡 무시는 기본, 막무가내 방송도 모자라 부스 안으로 커피까지 배달시킨다. 피디와 지국장마저 두 손 두발 다 들게 만드는 방송이 계속되던 어느 날, 최곤은 커피 배달 온 청록 다방 김양을 즉석 게스트로 등장시키고 그녀의 사연이 많은 이들의 심금을 울리며 방송은 점차 주민들의 호응을 얻는다. 그러나 성공에는 또 다른 대가가 있는 법...
